Scrapmatts Scrapbooking and Project Lifing!!!

Helloooo Crafty Friends,

I would love to share a Project Life Layout I created using Scrapmatts' Chipboard CB2013, Fancy Pants Designs Good Fellows Collection, Flutterby Paints,

My Second Layout for this month is called No Play Today. I created it using Scrapmatts and Amy Tangerine.

I've used  ST1032, CB1079, Amy Tangerine Better Together Collection, Exclusive Cocoa Vanilla Flair and Just Nick Cutfile.

Here is No Play Today.

Materials used - Scrapmatts, Amy Tangerine Better Together Collection, Faber Castel Gelatos, Cutfile from Just Nick

I used texture paste between the chipboard and gesso'd over the top of the whole page. I then used gelatos and water to paint the colours in.

 I love this sad layout. Its one of my favourites.

Scrap the Boys Challenge Reveal

Hello Scrappy Friends,

New month means a new Scrap the boys Challenge. I've called my layout, No Play Today.

I used texture paste between the chipboard and gesso over the top of the whole page. I then used gelatos and water to paint the colours in creating beautiful textures.

 Materials used - Bo Bunny Toy Box Collection, Flutterby designs, Sillhouette Cameo Cutfile, Distressed Crayons, Scrapmatts Stencils,

CSI and Once Upon a Time

Hello There my Crafty Friends,

I love CSI challenge blog and feel very blessed to be ask to help contribute.

So here is my layout called My Big Boy

For this layout I have used CB6106 Scrap matts cchipboard. Painted with lindy stamp gang magicals and gesso.

I have also used Cocoa Vanilla Hello Sunshine Collection and their gorgeous new cutfiles.

I hope you enjoy my layout. I really love this photo of my rugrats.

This Layout I used ST5016 with my favourite modelling paste,

 and SW017

Here is my layout 'Once Upon A Time'

 White is a lot of fun to play with but sometimes I want some texture. So the starburst went perfect with my layout.

I've painted my title with acrylic so to tie in with my colours.

So I hope you love it I really love this Little Man collection from Echo Park.

Amy Here, I thought I would throw you a girly layout. I don't get to play with girly layouts often so it is still what I consider not my comfort zone.

This layout I have used CB6105 and some Tim Holtz Pewter Spray

Here is my layout called Love,

I really loved playing with these chipboard sayings.

I had to drench it in the spray to get this pewter look. I may have even got some spray on my laptop hehe.

I have use 3d Adhesive Foam to give a bit of dimension to a mostly flat layout.

So I hope you love it

Scrapmatt Layouts by Amy

Hi There Scrapmatts Fans,

Amy with you today to share some crafty love using SCRAPMATTS designs.

For my designs today I used the CB1201 Men's Accessories Chipboard

Here is He's All Boy

 Because I just loved the colour this chipboard comes in I kept it raw in my layout.

I usually love to emboss, paint and generally alter my chipboard but this was too perfect

 I am a bit of a layer lady and usually use 3d adhesive to give a bit of dimension

This chipboard has so many pieces I just have to keep going and use up some extras.

Here is my Star Tag. I like to make little tags to store for cards and gifts

Once again I did keep these raw as I was using the same Echo Park collection.

So that's it my first blog post done and dusted. I am so glad to be able to share with you my crafty creations. Feel free to link Scrapmatts in when you create yours. We would love to see what you make

Pink Makes Me Happy My First Scrapmatts Design

Hi There,
OH EM GEE!
I'm so excited to share my first creation with you for Scrapmatts.blogspot.com.au. Its all about me! I don't get to create layouts with photos of me often when you are always trying to capture family moments. But as my local scrapbook store group tell me. We all need an obituary photo HAHA.

Now let me tell you what I have used CB6106, CB6105, CB6063, and Stencil ST5011

And Here is my Canvas called 'ME'.

Materials used- Maggie Holmes Love Collection, Scrapmatts chipboard, thickers, thread, flairs and mixed media products.

I have used white modelling clay for the stencil and then painted over the top with 3 types of pink gelato.

 I've painted the Hello chipboard with pink acrylic and then added Dimensional Magic to provide some shine

I have embossed the clock faces with white emboss powder.

So that is my first crafty creation for you using Scrapmatts chipboard and stencils.
