Misc Me with Amy

Hello Bo Bunny friends,

Amy here again with the Faith Collection and Pentart Lasur Paint.

Have you tried Pentart Lasur Paint for Indoor use yet? Its great for staining those wood veneer pieces you have stored up in your stash. This piece had one coat of Lasur Paint and then I was immediately able to stamp over it.
You can also used the the paint with a little water for your Misc Me cards. I great way to create backgrounds. Faith is perfect for creating clusters around.
The faith collection is perfect for Easter photos. Try and keep similar images whether with a stamp to tie in all the different colours.
I hope you enjoyed this look at my Easter Misc Me layout.

Summer ColourBlast

Hello Sweet Colour Blast Friends,

Amy here with another layout this time adding dimension to your already fabulous traditional scrapbook layout. I am a paper crafter first and was introduced to mixed media by being convinced to join a class with paint and BOOM thats when my world opened up. You can still layer paper and add some dimension with your mixed media. Let me show you how.

With this layout I used Shimmer Dust Lush mixing it with a little water I altered a patterned cardstock by brushing it all over the piece. This brought a different watercolour look the already gorgeous cardstock. I then used Colour Blast Paste called Deep Water and using a sweet flower stencil layered in on several pieces of card stock. Then layering the card stock and matching embellisments. I created the above layout

The great part about colourblast paste is the more intricate the stencil the better the design. This is a sweet perfect flower that is a beautiful contrast against the white cardstock.

Materials Used

Colourblast paste and shimmer dust
Cocoa Vanilla Summer Range
Studio 1440 flair

Always and Forever Bo Bunny

Hello BoBunny friends,

Amy with you today showing you how to create a gorgeous layout using the fabulous Petal Lane collection. And then using Pentart Lasur paint to show you how you can add extra dimension to your paper.

Lets begin Layout 1
When creating with your dies or cutfiles remember you can always layer underneath to fill the gaps. This cutfile I used 2 other pieces of cardstock both sides to fill in the flower.

Now Layout 2 - Fussy fussy fussy cut
This is for the paper hoarder like myself who always gets 2 of every cardstock. I fussy cut around the flower borders to create an extra layer for those flowers. You will need to raise your photo onto foam adhesive as well as your fussy cut so you can appreciate the detail later on.

Layout 3 - Lets get messy with Pentart Lasur

No I would like to show you how much fun it is to paint with Pentart Lasur for Interior on you layout to add that va va voom. Instead of using your enamel dots that I know you are keeping use the back of your paint brush and with the pointy end create of dots around your layout. Adding that yellow paint has tied in the other yellow just that little more.

So here you are One Layout 3 ways using Petal Lane and Pentart Lasur.

ColourBlast Backyard!

Hello Colour Blast Friends,

A different and just as fabulous Amy here to share my first every design for the amazing Colourblast. I am going to do my best and hopefully inspire you to use those lovely little pots a little more often with your scrapbook layouts.

For this background you will need a mosiac stencil, Tangareen Dream Colour Paste ,
Colour Shimmer Dust Candy and Sunflower
and water. (perhaps in a spray bottle)

Start with your stencil diagonal down the page and smear on your Colour Paste. Don't be shy we all love this stuff. Once that has dried enough spray on water liberally on the page. Dust a tiny bit of Candy and Sunflower Colour Shimmer Dust over different parts of your page and tilt your page so it will dribble. Spray more water if you need to. It will warp but once it is in your album it will re flatten

Once that all dries layer your photo and little pieces of matching card. I used snippets from 4 6x4 cards to create the clusters around my photo.
Journal with a good pen and feel free to draw a border around your background.
