ColourBlast Backyard!

Hello Colour Blast Friends,

A different and just as fabulous Amy here to share my first every design for the amazing Colourblast. I am going to do my best and hopefully inspire you to use those lovely little pots a little more often with your scrapbook layouts.

For this background you will need a mosiac stencil, Tangareen Dream Colour Paste ,
Colour Shimmer Dust Candy and Sunflower
and water. (perhaps in a spray bottle)

Start with your stencil diagonal down the page and smear on your Colour Paste. Don't be shy we all love this stuff. Once that has dried enough spray on water liberally on the page. Dust a tiny bit of Candy and Sunflower Colour Shimmer Dust over different parts of your page and tilt your page so it will dribble. Spray more water if you need to. It will warp but once it is in your album it will re flatten

Once that all dries layer your photo and little pieces of matching card. I used snippets from 4 6x4 cards to create the clusters around my photo.
Journal with a good pen and feel free to draw a border around your background.

Bo Bunny Winter Wishes

Hello there My Crafty Friends,

Today I wanted to show you some sweet cards I created using the Winter Wishes collection. The beautifully vintage style is perfect layering your layouts and cards.

This pop up card is layered with noteworthy, layered chipboard and noteworthy pieces creating a beautiful vintage cluster.
This card is a cutfile with a thin perspex like material great for the new pentart glass paint to stencil on.

With your Pentart glass paint you can be assured that your medium is acid free and will stay on.
These cards would be great for a special friend you would like to send best wishes too. Sending a physical card is always more precious than a Facebook message.

Thank you for stopping by

Cake Happens

Hello there BoBunny Friends,

Amy here with my first play with the GORGEOUS Kiss the Cook collection.

Here is my layout Cake Happens!

I started playing with clustering the noteworthy of the Kiss the cook collection and adding some Bo Bunny Pentart Acrylic Red Paint mixed with glitter paste. There is no plan for that splatter just use a long brush.

After I let it dry I gave it a coat of acrylic black and a lot of water for a water colour type look. I also added some layered chipboard and stickers to add to the clusters.

Another view of my layout number 2.

Finally layout number three has a circle cutfile underneath, a title and some journaling. The sticker alphas match so perfectly I have used almost all of them already

I hope you are inspired to play with some Kiss the Cook collection once it hits your local stores. With it's beautiful colours it's perfect for those birthday pictures of your little one.

Sporty Layout

Hello Crafty Moles,

Guess whats up over at Scrap the Boys?
You guessed it a new challenge.

I used a photo of my eldest's first year in lessons. So sweet
I've used a ugly paper given to me by a scrappy friend and challenged to use. I also used up the last of my Take a HIKE collection with Bo Bunny. Flutterby Flairs for those added pieces of yummy.

I'm loving on this layout still.
